In many cases you will save one-third to one-half of the price of a full tear-out, purchase and reinstallation of new cabinetry - without the plumbing, flooring, electrical and wall issues that are typically assiciated with construction, and without the hassles of dust and debris and weeks of being without a kitchen.

With refacing, Kitchen Tune-Up^® will:

show you sample wood or RTF (Rigid Thermo Foil) door styles, review options, and measure cabinets in your home at no cost or obligation
replace all the doors and drawer fronts with quality new doors and drawer fronts of your choice
cover your cabinets with durable real wood or laminate veneer
secure doors to your existing cabinetry using beautiful three-way adjustable hinges and bumper pads so your doors close softly, quietly and do not rattle
optionally install new drawer boxes (we do not insist that you replace them)
secure 1/4" thick solid wood or laminate panels (depending on whether you reface in wood or laminate) to the sides of your cabinets and optionally underneath your upper cabinetry, and
optionally install crown moulding and cove moulding (toe kick).

In addition we will:

typically complete a reface in two to three days,
cause minimal disruption,
keep the dust and debris levels low,
leave the kitchen usable on most days for limited evening use,
cleanup and dispose of debris, and
provide a written warranty on the products and workmanship.

In some cases another cost-effective option is to have us paint your cabinets with a custom-matched color and then install new doors, drawer fronts, hardware and hinges. You save on labor and still get a whole new look.

You can choose from oak, cherry, maple, hickory or other wood species, or choose beautiful low-maintenance RTF in wood grain or solid color foils. All reface materials are made to match.
